Who can make an appointment?

Low Vision Services of Southern Colorado will see patients with any eye problem at any stage of illness. Both adults and children are evaluated to determine their visual function. Patients must be referred by their ophthalmologist or optometrist and have had a full eye health examination within the past one year.
